Te Puāwai is a new suburb and residential housing development planned for Invercargill.

Led by Te Puāwai Developments Ltd and project managed by Invercargill land development firm  Ralph Moir Limited, it will enable the building of over 600 brand new homes. Te Puāwai Developments Ltd has a long Southland history with a range of other projects including farming and farm related interests.

Ralph Moir Limited is a family run surveying and land development company that has been part of Southland’s landscape for almost 70 years. Founded by Ralph Moir in 1955 and now led by his son Don, the firm still operates from its Invercargill base. Don and his team handle everything from boundary definition and small subdivisions to large scale developments, and they’ve embraced tools like drone photography, laser scanning and GPS to get the job done.

Above all, Ralph Moir Limited prides itself on the same “good old fashioned” personal service that Ralph started with, and they’re excited to bring that approach to the Te Puāwai project.
