Te Puāwai is a new suburb and residential housing development planned for Invercargill.

Led by Te Puāwai Developments Ltd and project managed by Invercargill land development firm Bonisch Consultants, it will enable the building of 600 brand new homes. Te Puāwai Developments Ltd is a long Southland history, with previous experience spanning a range of projects, including farming interests.

Based in Invercargill for more than 40 years, Bonisch has a proud history of providing land development services throughout New Zealand.
The company has been involved in many high profile projects throughout the Southland and Otago regions – from the Tiwai Point aluminium smelter and Fonterra developments at Edendale to rural subdivisions in the Gibbston Valley and large-scale residential developments in Te Anau, Winton and Invercargill. 

The company's Head Office remains in Invercargill, with branches in Te Anau, Christchurch and Kaikoura.
